Refund & Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if for some reason our products are not what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

We expect customers to have read our product descriptions including product size or dimensions prior to placing an order. Failure to do so is the responsibility of the customer and will not be grounds for an exchange or refund.  

If you remain unsure about a products suitability, then please contact us via email or facebook for further information prior to purchase.We will happily answer any questions to support you with your purchase decision.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges in cases where there has been a change of mind. 

Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your product must be unused and still in the condition that you received it, including its original packaging. 

Proof of purchase is required and return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

We will advise you by email once your returned goods have been received and inspected and pending approval, a credit for the item's value will be emailed to you to facilitate your secondary purchase/exchange.  

If the returned goods are not in the original condition (ie. evidence of use, damaged, not in original packaging) then we will be unable to support the return/exchange. In this case your purchase can be returned to you at your discretion and expense.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 14 days with photos that clearly demonstrate the defects/damage. This will help us determine cause of damage and how to proceed.

In some cases, we are unable to immediately replace a damaged/defective item due to stock levels or on direct instructions from the original brand/supplier. For example, the case may need to be referred directly to the brand/supplier who will take actions to resolve the matter or pursue a warranty claim directly with the customer.

Cancellation of order or pre-order prior to shipment

If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment or that is subject to pre-order, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to cover the administrative costs incurred due to your change of mind.
